| Thee Pitt's Again is the only place I know where you can get a Pulled Pork Sundae for lunch and a Miss Piggy for desert! All I can say . . . and this is short and sweet . . . Roger is the man of men when it comes to smoking meats! Between the four of us we ordered the onion rings, the ribs and chicken dinner, the pork and slaw, the brisket sandwich, and the (triple) chop sandwich. Once again - a mountain of food. But unlike my other TRIPLE DeTOURS, no one shared anything! No kidding! We displayed some degree of civility while splitting the onion ring appetizer (best if you mix the ranch with a little of TPA's awesome BBQ sauce) but when our food arrived it was every man for himself. Each of us preformed a textbook table "hunch" (picture Guy Fiere's food-protecting hunch but in a seated position) and none of us came up for air until the plates were clean! I can tell you this much . . . every thing looked great . . . from what I could see through the bits of ribs and chicken that went flying from my wood-chipper of a mouth! I guess I'll have to go back by myself and order something else! Until then, Go see Roger. He knows his smoker and his cuts! The |
